This place was great! My dogs loved it and were happy and content when I picked them up. I had a previous bad experience at another place downtown Fayetteville and was apprehensive about boarding again. The owner put my fears at ease, the staff was friendly and caring. The kennel was clean, neat and actually smelled good! I'll never take my pets anywhere else again!!!

After calling in 30 minutes in advance to let the Fayetteville Pet Resort know we'd be late because we got stuck behind an accident, we were told there would be a $25 charge for every 15 minutes we were late. Mind you, the cost to board per night is only $20. We were 10 minutes late, however, we were less than a mile away when my wife receives a phone call from the manager. As if we don't feel bad enough for the inconvenience we've already caused, the manager says to my wife, I just want to let you know that this is big inconvenience because now my girls have to pay extra for daycare. Not only did we get charged the $25, but a place of business that is supposed to be customer friendly calls a customer to complain about how they are now inconvenienced??? Really??? Not to mention that they don't offer any military discounts which tells me that this place of business has absolutely no appreciation for the military. Oh, by the way, I will burn the coupon they gave us for a discounte

It was the first time for us leaving our new pup...it went well for him and us. Everyone there was kind and caring...great experience..We'll be back.
