I have been using Dr Williams for over 18 years, I would not go anywhere else with my animals, yet it may be a little bit higger but you 4 legged babies and just like the two legged and if you love them you will pay whatever. Dr Williams is the most caring vet i have met. He is concerend with all animals. His whole staff is wonderful with the animals and love each and every one. The only Vet in Fayetteville in my opion.

Dr. Williams has been my Vet for over 30 yrs. Both he and the staff are the best. Instead of being your other family doctor I wish he could be my Doctor. I would never go anywhere else with my pets.

Just last week my friend and I were walking and came across a baby deer who was sick and injured. The closest place to bring him was dogwood animal hospital, so we did. The front office was immediately helpful and took the fawn back right away. This was a very traumatic find for me and they were nothing but compassionate and just as concerened and ready to help. Sadly, the fawn was beyond help, but I really took note on how much they cared!
